- What devices do I need?
- For most cars an SCT or HP Tuners device, either a handheld like an SCT X4 or an HP Tuners MPVI interface. Holley EFI and ACES EFI connect through their own software.
- How does delivery work?
- Fully digital. You send your stock file, the finished calibration comes back to your support ticket, and you flash it at home. Nothing ships.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on your platform and the queue. Once your stock file is in, getting your tune back out is the priority, and you get a real estimate for your build.
- Revisions and refunds?
- Revisions are how a tune gets right. Because every file is custom-built for one vehicle it cannot be returned once delivered, so we work through revisions instead.
- Is it safe?
- You stay with your car the whole time. You read the stock file, flash the tune and pull datalogs from your own driveway.
